Autumn has certainly arrived hasn’t it! I love it, watching the trees change colour and time to get the tights and booties out. 😊
Let’s learn some Autumn signs together;
🍁 BSL Signs for Autumn 🍁
Autumn is signed like leaves falling gently from the tree
Leaf is using it’s shape
Tree is signed with your arm as the trunk and hand for the leaves
A squirrels has a long bushy tail
Acorn are small shapes with your hands
Conker is signed as if you were knocking conkers together on a string
Colours signed with a ‘C’ shape
Orange is a squishy shape near your face and is the sign for the colour and fruit
Yellow uses the letter ‘Y’
Red comes from the lips
Brown is the underside of your arm.
Enjoy using these out and about on your walks.
